Refund policy

Return/Exchanges:

At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value within 5 days of the delivered date. No returns or refunds. Any item that is altered in any way or engraved is ineligible for an exchange.There is a $20 CAD re-stocking fee on all exchanges (PER ITEM). Discounts and promos do not apply. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewellery online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece. We will work until you are 100% satisfied.

Please contact us: info@taxfreegoldchains.com to initiate an exchange. Generally exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, WITH its original packaging. If it is not in its packaging, it will be returned to the purchaser.

The purchaser will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. "Tax Free Gold Chains" will not refund shipping costs for either returns or original purchases, unless there has been a shipping error on our part.
